Jack's Camp

After decades of establishing itself as a benchmark for luxury safari camps in the Kalahari, Jack’s Camp underwent a comprehensive renovation and reopened its doors in 2021. 

The newly designed Jack’s Camp pays tribute to the beloved 1940s campaign aesthetic that has defined the property. The accommodations now feature guest tents that are significantly more spacious, with seven twin and two double options, each measuring 270 square meters. The signature interiors have been preserved and enhanced with exquisite textiles sourced globally, Natural History Museum display cabinets, and a cooling system for the beds. Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with both indoor and outdoor showers, while the private verandas boast their plunge pools. The revamped mess tent is a highlight, showcasing the esteemed Natural History Museum collection, a library, an antique pool table, and a well-stocked drinks chest. Additionally, the iconic nomadic Persian tea tent has been expanded, and the shop has been refreshed with an array of new treasures.
